Praktikum Experimentelle Antriebsforschung

What it is about

You conduct practical experiments on fuel cells, internal combustion engines and electrical machines, you learn to set up test rigs, collect and analyze measurement data. At the end you can understand test setups, process measurement data, and place the results in the context of current trends in drive research.

• Understand the setup of drive test rigs
• Apply basic measurement techniques of drive technology
• Process, present and analyze experimental measurement data
• Apply the basics of internal combustion engines, electrical machines and fuel cells in an experimental context
• Classify essential trends in drive research

What the module consists of

• Praktikumcentral teaching event: on-site sessions with theory introduction, experiment preparation, experiment execution on the test bench and follow-up
