What it is about

You independently work on a scientific question from the topic area of your Master’s program in the research internship and solve it experimentally, constructively, or theoretically. In the end you can scientifically evaluate, interpret, and present your results in writing as well as orally — ideally as a basis for your Master’s thesis.

• Application of study-relevant methods and evaluation of disciplinary literature
• Evaluation, summary and scientific interpretation of results
• Formulation of new observations and insights
• Creation and execution of an individual project plan

What the module consists of

• ProjektarbeitYou work on your own project independently and produce a written documentation (report or scientific poster) as well as a presentation.
• BetreuungYou are assigned an examiner who provides access to literature and gives professional and project-organizational guidance.
• Ergänzende Formate (optional)Seminar-style events, journal clubs and retreats to deepen presentation techniques and discussion.
