What it is about

You work in a team on the development and market entry of real Climate-Tech ventures. You learn to analyze technical, economic, political, and social drivers, to develop business models and value propositions, and to bring a new company from idea to market-readiness.

Assessment

Project workPresentationWritten reflection

No written exam. The assessment consists of three elements: (1) Individual written reflective short texts after each session (½ page) – 10%; (2) Group presentations during the course (pitch at the start, midterm, final pitch) – 60% (the final presentation is graded); (3) Group report with weekly office-hours agendas, an interview tracking (about 50 interviews) and the pitch decks – 30%. For clarity, at the end of the course a self-assessment of each team member's individual contributions is submitted. Duration/tools depend on the scheduled presentation times and course requirements.
