What it is about

You will gain practical knowledge on finances, taxes and legal fundamentals that is important for founders and all interested people. At the end you can make informed decisions on form of incorporation, tax optimization and long-term financial planning and you will have developed a personal Smart Start Master Plan for your founding idea.

You choose a topic, work it up didactically in depth and prepare it in a way that all participants can benefit. In the seminar you present and discuss your topic, receive feedback and conduct peer reviews. During the course of the semester you develop the topic further, specify it and present the final version. Duration, tools and weighting will be announced in the seminar.
