You will learn the fundamentals of quantum information and computation as well as central ideas on quantum algorithms (e.g., search, amplitude amplification) and their application in Quantum Machine Learning and optimization. At the end of the course, you will be able to explain which quantum-physical concepts are used in quantum algorithms, how these algorithms work, and when they offer advantages over classical methods.
