What it is about

You learn what role the financial system plays in the transition to a CO2‑neutral economy, which financial flows and instruments exist, and how policy can influence financial flows for mitigation and adaptation to climate change. By the end of the course you will be able to assess political instruments for mobilising climate finance, place international negotiating positions in context, and practically apply the links between research and policy in a policy brief.
