What it is about

You engage with the role of war, genocide and the Holocaust in the history of the 20th century and their impact on the present and the future. You learn how history — in particular the memory of violence and genocide — can be used as an instrument to shape political and social developments and what role technology plays in this. In the end you can apply these insights to the defense of democratic values and to the analysis of a multiethnic society.
