What it is about
You learn theoretical foundations and practical applications of risk and crisis communication from a social science perspective. You will learn how communication strategies are developed and implemented in different crisis phases, what role media and political decisions play, and how risk perception works. In the end you will be able to critically assess communication practices and independently plan and present a case study.
