Automated Agricultural Machines - Lab course

What it is about

You work practically on automation, control, positioning and navigation for agricultural machines. In the end you can solve simple automation tasks independently, use appropriate software (primarily MATLAB) and evaluate measurement data from positioning systems.

What you will be able to do

• Name automation techniques of modern agricultural machinery
• Name data and interface structures (e.g., XML)
• Understand guidance methods for off-road vehicles
• Solve calculation tasks of agricultural automation
• Analyze measurement data from positioning systems
• Evaluate solution strategies for automation tasks
• Create simple software programs for agricultural automation
• Plan experiments to evaluate automated tasks
