What it is about

You will learn the fundamentals and current issues of plant population ecology as well as the ecology of plant communities. In the end you will be able to assess research findings and apply insights to nature conservation and landscape planning.

Assessment

Oral examPräsentation (freiwillig, Mid-Term)

Oral examination, duration about 20 minutes. Examination content: fundamentals of plant population ecology and plant communities as well as their application and interpretation of current research topics. Additionally possible: voluntary mid-term assessment (presentation 15 min + discussion 10 min) for a one-time improvement of the module grade by 0.3; no retake date for the mid-term assessment; a mid-term assessment completed will be retained when re-taking the module exam.
