You work in a research internship on neuroproteomics with a focus on Alzheimer’s disease. You learn the molecular mechanisms of Alzheimer’s pathology and apply modern molecular biological and biochemical methods to investigate proteins, their modifications and interactions in mouse models and neuronal cell cultures. In the end you will be able to analyze proteomic data from cell culture and tissue samples and present and discuss research results in a professional manner.
