Research Project on Plant Cell Biology (MSc.)

What it is about

You will work actively in a running plant cell biology research laboratory for six weeks. You plan, conduct and analyze your own experiments using modern methods, document the work according to FAIR principles, and present the results scientifically.

What you will be able to do

• Apply biochemical, cell biological, computational and/or genetic methods
• Explain and apply key techniques
• Independently design and conduct experiments
• Integrate and biologically interpret results from orthogonal approaches
• Document scientific procedures and data according to FAIR
• Discuss results in a structured way in presentations

What the module consists of

• Research internshipcentral part: six weeks of practical lab work within an ongoing project
• Literature worksupports the project through critical reading of relevant primary literature
• Laboratory and project meetingsweekly lab meetings and biweekly project discussions for discussion and integration
