You will learn the molecular components and functions of the plant epigenome (e.g. DNA methylation, histone modifications), how to measure epigenomes (array- and NGS-based bulk- and single-cell technologies), and how to analyze epigenomic data with common computational tools. In the end you will be able to interpret results from published epigenomic datasets and assess the importance of epigenetic variation for environment, genetics, agriculture and evolution.
