Forschungspraktikum Phytopathologie

What it is about

You gain a practically oriented insight into problem-oriented laboratory work in phytopathology and train modern methods of the biosciences such as co-immunoprecipitation, qRT-PCR and GoldenGate cloning. In the end you will be able to develop experimental solutions for current questions in plant pathology, interpret the results and present research findings.

• Develop experimental approaches to solve phytopathological questions
• Apply methods of molecular biology, protein biochemistry and bioinformatics
• Evaluate results in experimental and scientific context
• Independent and self-responsible work in the laboratory
• Present research findings in writing (internship report) and orally
