What it is about

You will learn fundamental practices of cultivation, characterization and genetic manipulation of mammalian cells. After the module you will be able to apply sterile working techniques, establish and preserve cell lines and primary cultures, determine cell numbers, and carry out and detect simple transfection and cloning procedures.
