Environmental Monitoring and Data Analysis

What it is about

You learn methods and practices of environmental monitoring as well as the analysis of collected data with R. By the end you will be able to plan, conduct and download, clean, visualize and model environmental measurements and the resulting datasets.

Plan and conduct environmental measurements
Efficiently download and import environmental data
Perform data cleaning and transformation
Visualize and model environmental data with R
Create reproducible analysis pipelines
Communicate results understandably and archive them

Lecture + PC-Lab Exercise (Course 2)Hands-on work on data analysis pipelines in R for the datasets from Course 1
