What it is about

You work in a research internship on sophisticated syntheses in solid-state, inorganic and organometallic chemistry as well as on questions of materials and energy materials. In the end you will be able to plan complex experimental setups and independently conduct syntheses and characterizations at research level, as well as document and present the results appropriately.

What you will be able to do

• Design and realize experimental setups for demanding chemical reactions
• Independent execution of reactions in solid-state and materials chemistry
• Recognize and observe safety aspects in the reactions
• Apply and interpret various analytical techniques independently
• Professional documentation of observations, analyses and results
• Contextualize results within current aspects of energy materials (where relevant)
