You will receive an introduction to pharmaceutical radiochemistry focusing on nuclear medicine, radiochemistry for imaging and therapy, as well as the production and use of radionuclides and radiopharmaceutical vectors. At the end you will be able to understand the fundamental (radio)chemical methods and concepts of modern radiopharmaceuticals, analyze their application in molecular imaging and radiotherapy, and critically evaluate them.

  • Apply nomenclature in (radio)chemistry
