Masterexkursion Wasserbau

What it is about

In the Master excursion Water Management you will explore large-scale and local water management as well as hydraulic engineering measures in an international context. You will visit relevant infrastructure, research facilities and administrations on site and learn to assess measures under sustainability and climate-related aspects.

• use current scientific literature and inter-/transdisciplinary approaches

What the module consists of

• Seminar (Vorlesungszeit, ca. 4 x 90 min)Introduction to the destination country and to specific questions; presentations of group work
• Exkursion (10–15 Tage, vorlesungsfreie Zeit)Visits to structures, infrastructures, research facilities and administrative offices on site for deepening and practical relevance
