Im Modul untersuchst Du mikroökonomische Fragestellungen landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe und Agrarsysteme anhand betrieblicher Modellkalkulationen. Du lernst, Produktions- und Ressourceneinsatz ökonomisch und unter Nachhaltigkeitsgesichtspunkten zu analysieren und mittels statistischer Modelle und realer Datensätze zu modellieren sowie politische und gesellschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen zu berücksichtigen.

  • Anwendung zentraler mikroökonomischer Konzepte und Modelle zur Lösung produktionstechnischer Entscheidungen
  • Analyse betrieblicher Zusammenhänge in verschiedenen Agrarsystemen
  • Ökonomische Bewertung von Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit auf Einzelbetriebsebene
  • Einschätzung der Rolle landwirtschaftlicher Produktion und Ressourcennutzung in nachhaltigen Wertschöpfungsketten
  • Anwendung von Methoden des Betriebs- und Ressourcenmanagements (z. B. computerbasierte Modellierung, stochastische und lineare Produktionsplanung)
  • Modellierung und Analyse realer Datensätze mit statistischen Methoden
