Economic Development: Theory, Evidence, and Policy

What it is about

You learn how countries move from poverty to prosperity by linking economic theory, empirical evidence and development policy. By the end you can explain central concepts and measurement methods related to development, poverty and inequality and analyze real data in R, as well as formulate policy recommendations based on empirical findings.

• Analyze main determinants of development outcomes (economic, demographic, institutional, social)
