Master's Thesis

What it is about

You work independently on a scientific question from the field Data Engineering and Analytics over a period of up to six months. In the end you can independently work on a complex topic, develop a solution, evaluate it critically, and present the results in writing as well as in a presentation.

• Use subject and methodological knowledge to develop an independent solution
• Analyze and evaluate the solution precisely
• Write professional scientific documentation
• Present results scientifically in a comprehensible way

What the module consists of

• Master's Thesis (wissenschaftliche Ausarbeitung)Central work: development and detailed execution of a chosen solution approach; written documentation (50–100 pages)
• PräsentationPresentation of the results to a scientifically interested audience (20–30 minutes); the presentation is not included in the assessment
