Project Seminar in Earth Oriented Space Science and Technology

What it is about

You work in a project team on an application for Earth observation with satellite data: from the idea through system requirements and architecture to software implementation and data analysis with real satellite data. In addition, you prepare an individual seminar presentation on a current ESPACE topic and present it to the group.

• Carry out the project work as for a space agency
• Present and defend results in a team-oriented manner
• Development of software and handling of Earth observation data
• Handling large amounts of satellite-based data
• Teamwork and scientific presentation of results
• Literature research and analysis of an ESPACE topic
• Create a scientific presentation and defend it publicly

What the module consists of

• Projekt (Earth Observation Satellite Data Analysis)Group work to develop an Earth observation application including proposal, system requirements, architecture, implementation, data analysis, documentation and team presentation
