Applied Remote Sensing

What it is about

You will learn the basics and applications of applied remote sensing: structure and characteristics of remote sensing missions and sensors, theoretical capture and processing of Earth observation data, as well as typical application areas such as environmental monitoring and disaster management. In the end you will be able to distinguish main missions and programs, describe application areas and challenges, and theoretically present approaches for processing Earth observation data for these tasks.
