What it is about
You will learn how to mathematically model robotic systems, simulate their motion, and apply modern planning and control algorithms. In the end you will be able to compute forward/inverse kinematics and dynamics, use advanced planning and control methods, and apply common robotics software.
What you will be able to do
- Robot kinematics (forward/inverse kinematics)
- Rigid-Body Motion and Lie algebras
- Dynamic modeling and inverse dynamics
- Planning algorithms (sampling, graphs/trees, optimization)
- Control strategies (motion, force, impedance, hybrid)
- Simulation and use of modern robotics software
What the module consists of
