New Technologies in the Energy Transition of Shipping

What it is about

You will learn how new technologies and concepts for reducing CO2 emissions in sea transport work and what effects they have on ship design and infrastructure. Using reference applications you will learn how energy systems on board are dimensioned and how sector coupling can support the maritime energy transition. In the end you will be able to analyse requirements of different maritime sectors and develop technical concepts from the idea to an implementable design.
