Solving Inverse Problems with Deep Learning

What it is about

You will learn modern, evidence-based methods for solving inverse problems in imaging and signal processing. In the end you will be able to apply deep-learning approaches for the reconstruction of signals/images, assess their foundations and limits, and design your own variants of existing methods.

• Apply learning-based methods to inverse problems (e.g. reconstruction from few/noisy images)
• Evaluate the theoretical foundations and limits of these methods
• Critically assess scientific papers and methods in this area
• Design variations of existing solution approaches
