You will learn numerical modeling approaches for the simulation of nano-structured semiconductor devices (e.g., drift-diffusion, Monte Carlo). You will independently perform simulations, evaluate the results, and interpret the influence of design parameters on device performance. In the end you will be able to practically apply simulation tools, visualize results, and report scientifically.
