What it is about

You will learn core concepts of Intercultural Communication and how culture and other factors shape communication and collaboration in international and interdisciplinary contexts. By the end you will be able to analyze intercultural encounters and critical incidents, reflect on your own communication behavior, and apply strategies to improve your communicative competencies.
