Methods of Product Development

What it is about

You will learn systematic work and problem-solving methods for the development of products – from goal planning to ensuring goal achievement. Using different process models you practice problem clarification, intuitive and systematic solution finding, as well as evaluation and selection of alternatives. Classical methods are complemented by modern approaches such as agile development and networked design.
