What it is about
You will receive an introduction to central theories and concepts of health psychology with a focus on health, illness and prevention. Topics include stress coping, resilience, health behavior as well as the influence of personality and societal change. In the end you will be able to reproduce fundamental models, terms and practical interventions of health psychology and apply them to professional or everyday contexts.
