What it is about

You will learn quantitative techniques for planning, controlling and evaluating projects. In the end you can model projects (e.g. WBS, AON/AOA, MPM/CPM), create time and resource plans, assess risks with PERT/Monte-Carlo, and financially and multi-criteria analyze and control projects (e.g. EVA, DTA, AHP).

What you will be able to do

  • Use software-supported planning and simulation (e.g. Project Team Builder)
