Advanced Corporate Finance

What it is about

You will learn advanced concepts of corporate finance and how to apply them. The module covers valuation techniques (including Real Options), capital raising, capital structure, dividend policy, as well as motives and effects of M&A. In the end you will be able to apply common valuation theorems, identify Real Options and assess capital structure and M&A decisions.
