What it is about

You learn the physical and technical fundamentals of energy supply, transmission and demand as well as the basics of sustainable electricity markets and relevant sectors (e.g., mobility). Building on this, you will examine how digital technologies can contribute information systems to the success of a CO2-free energy transition (e.g., Smart Markets, Smart Grid, Smart Factory, Smart Mobility, Smart Home). In the end you will be able to assess central challenges and classify digital solutions techno-economically.

  • Evaluate and classify techno-economic questions in energy management
