What it is about

In this online module you learn the fundamentals of leadership and communication in the global business context. You will get an overview of the development of leadership theories and you will work out how transformational leadership works in practice. At the end you can reflect on your own leadership behaviour and purposefully apply central elements of transformational leadership as well as communication tools.
