Advanced Seminar Finance & Accounting: EU FinTech Regulation

What it is about

You engage with the central business fields of Fintechs and their regulation in the EU. At the end you can name the main regulatory questions for operating a Fintech company in the EU, assess risks, and evaluate possible solutions in terms of feasibility and costs.

• Identification of regulatory risks for Fintech business models
• Evaluation of measures to address risk including cost aspects
• Understanding of the structure of EU regulation
