European Business Law

What it is about

You get a compact overview of the EU laws relevant to businesses. In the end you can name central principles of EU law, explain the interplay between EU and national law, and analyze and assess legal questions from a business perspective in writing.

What you will be able to do

Name and understand the rules and fundamental principles of EU law
Explain the framework of EU economic policy and the interplay between EU and member state law
Identify and analyze restrictions under EU law from the perspective of companies and employees
Assess real facts regarding their EU-law implications and summarize them in writing
