World Trade Law

What it is about

You will learn the basics of international trade law: the most important international organizations and international treaties that govern cross-border goods and services transactions. In the end you will be able to understand the relevant legal instruments, identify legal consequences for concrete facts, and derive well-founded design options.

Grasp the legal framework of cross-border economic activity
Identify legal consequences and derive design possibilities from them
Assess concrete factual situations in writing in a formulated legal opinion
