What it is about

In this module you will deal with current sustainability topics, trends and communication in companies. You will learn to analyze and practically evaluate sustainability reporting, strategy, communication, audits and related challenges (e.g. ESG, Green HRM, human rights in supply chains).

What you will be able to do

• Understand and evaluate sustainability communication and reporting
• Analyze sustainability strategies and organization
• Assess regulatory and non-regulatory developments (e.g. EU Taxonomy, GRI)
• Identify and assess ESG risks, ratings and crisis management
• Classify Green HRM and Human Rights Due Diligence
• Strengthen critical-analytical thinking and integrative problem solving
• Scientific work: formulate research questions and write an academic paper
