Sustainability Assessment of Agri-Food Supply Chains

What it is about

You learn how to assess the sustainability of agricultural food supply chains: identifying hotspots, drivers and levers as well as applying quantitative methods for evaluation. In the end you will be able to communicate results to a multidisciplinary audience and derive decision support for industry, policy and society.
