Leadership for Innovators

What it is about

You learn how leadership works in young, fast-growing companies and start-ups and how it differs from leadership in established firms. In the end you can assess your own role as a (future) leader, know the expectations of different stakeholders, and understand how values-based leadership and team dynamics influence the development of a start-up.
