What it is about

You work on a structured project applying private equity investment strategies: from industry analysis through development of an investment thesis to identification and selection of concrete target companies. In the end you will be able to present a well-founded investment thesis and produce professional investment documentation.

• develop a comprehensive investment thesis with value creation levers and exit strategies
• assess market data and comparable transactions to identify target companies
• create professional investment documentation that combines qualitative and quantitative analyses
