AI Business Strategy

What it is about

You will learn fundamentals of AI (with a focus on machine learning) and of strategy, and you will work step by step to initiate, formulate and implement an AI-driven business strategy. In a group project you will analyze the AI strategy of a real company based on literature, interviews and company documents.

What the module consists of
