What it is about

You are engaged with economic performance, efficiency, sustainability and fairness of food value chains from an applied perspective. In the end you will be able to plan, conduct, and present your own research project on the value chain of food products in writing as well as orally.

• Identify and structure a research topic
• procure and critically review relevant literature
• develop a suitable scientific instrumentarium
• write a scientific research report
• present results to a study panel
• moderate and lead scientific discussions
