What it is about

You work in this capstone seminar of the intensification track Real Estate Development on current topics in real estate economics. Based on selected scientific literature you analyze and discuss questions such as market analyses, financing and valuation aspects. In the end you can apply the content, evaluate and develop it further, as well as solve practically relevant problems of real estate economics.
