What it is about
You receive a compact introduction to electrochemical fundamentals and common electroanalytical methods. You will learn thermodynamics and electrode potentials, ion transport, electrode kinetics as well as mass transport and you will be able to apply this knowledge to methods such as cyclic voltammetry, rotating disk, microelectrodes and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In addition, solid-state conductivities and thermoelectric materials as well as complementary spectroscopic methods are covered.
