What it is about

In this module you will gain practical insights into key competencies important for work in student initiatives. You will learn models and methods, reflect on your work style and your communication, and transfer what you have learned directly to the work in your team. In the end you will be able to better assess your own behavior, interact constructively in teams, and apply planning, presentation, and moderation methods in a targeted way.

What you will be able to do

• Know and reflect on own work styles, goals, values and patterns of action
• Identify and analyze your own stance on work-related topics
• Apply situation-appropriate interaction and constructive communication behavior
• Assess team dynamics and understand team processes
• Plan tasks and problems, develop and evaluate solution strategies
• Use presentation and moderation techniques appropriately to the situation
