What it is about

You engage with human–machine interaction and ethical questions arising from artificial intelligence. In the end you will be able to assess historical and current contexts, analyze ethical problems and develop responsibility-ethical positions on human–machine interaction and AI.

• consider ethical, ecological, economic and social consequences of technical action
• present historical prerequisites of human–machine interaction
• analyze strategies and procedures in the context of responsibility ethics
• develop a responsibility-ethical justification for human–machine interaction and AI
• evaluate moral problem configurations and develop solutions
• apply ethical concepts and theories in engineering
