Seminar Ergonomics Evaluation Lab

What it is about

You will receive a practically oriented introduction to methods of ergonomic assessment and to experimental planning. In an instruction phase you will learn fundamentals and measurement methods (e.g., Motion Tracking, IMU, XR, Eye-Tracking). In the research phase you will develop, conduct and present your own evaluation experiment.

What you will be able to do

• Explain theoretical foundations of ergonomic assessment methods
• Identify and formulate research questions in the area of ergonomics/human factors
• Select and justify suitable ergonomic assessment methods
• Design and conduct scientifically valid experiments
• Analyze raw data and create descriptive statistics and visualizations
