Innovation Facilitator

What it is about

You work five intensive days in interdisciplinary teams on a real challenge from a partner. You learn to develop, prototype, and test sustainable business ideas with entrepreneurial thinking and user-centered methods—always with a view to people, planet, and profit (Triple Bottom Line). In the end you will be able to identify opportunities, validate user needs, and present initial business assumptions with justification.

What you will be able to do

• Understand and apply life-centered design principles
• Identify entrepreneurial opportunities and assess their ecological and social impacts
• Use qualitative research methods (interviews, immersion, observation) to validate assumptions
• Synthesize findings and formulate How might we questions
• Apply creativity methods and build, test, and iterate prototypes
• Develop business ideas considering the Triple Bottom Line
• Use storytelling to present business opportunities effectively
• Assume responsibility and foster collaboration in diverse, self-organized teams
